Understanding Low Motivation and Energy: Supporting Individualized Growth at Parents’ Foundation
One of the most common questions we hear is how we support individuals experiencing low motivation and energy. At Parents’ Foundation, our approach is rooted in consistency, individualized care, and persistence, we don’t give up. We take the time to understand each person’s needs, build trust through ongoing engagement, and create support strategies that may include structure, encouragement, or simply being present.

Expanding Support: A New Space for Families and Loved Ones
Parents’ Foundation is proud to expand support for families and loved ones through the launch of the Family Connection Circle. This monthly virtual support group offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to receive emotional support, gain education and tools, and strengthen connection while navigating the mental health journey alongside a loved one.
