These offerings go beyond social integration for our residents. Under this vastly diverse umbrella, our team provides health and wellness activities, one-to-one coaching, and activities of daily living skill development.

In-house Programs

Groups are constantly changing and being updated; groups are designed to fit the need of what is wanted. Here is an example of just a few:

  • Writing groups

  • Art groups

  • Book club

  • Baking groups

  • Yoga

  • Streaming sports

  • Music Groups

Out-of-house Programs

Groups out of house are to support community engagement. Here is an example of just a few:

  • Restaurant trips 

  • Hiking

  • Nail salon

  • Art Museum 

  • Movie Theater

  • Local concerts 

  • Cultural events

One-to-One Work

Each Program Specialist has a case load of their own, where they work one-to-one with residents on skill-building. Examples of some of the one-to-one work includes:

  • Grocery shopping

  • Volunteering

  • Exercising at the gym

  • Teaching how to use public transportation

  • Cooking
