Residential Mental Health Program in Connecticut
Personalized support. Meaningful recovery. Lasting independence.
At Parents' Foundation for Transitional Living, we provide a continuum of residential mental health services designed to help adults living with serious mental illness build the skills, confidence, and support needed to thrive in the community.
Parents' Foundation offers three unique programs, providing seamless support for residents’ mental health journeys, from transitional care to long-term support.
Our Approach:
-
Goals, Not Timelines: Personalized plans let residents grow and transition at their own pace.
-
Transitional Support: We guide residents through every step, from group homes to independent living.
-
Long-Term Care: Extended programs help maintain progress in mental health and life skills.
